We want you to be completely happy shopping with us online. If you are not satised with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days after receipt of the product, if the product is defective. In the unfortunate case of defect with the product, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us to organize the pick-up of the defective product and shipment to our warehouse in Zurich.
